(via fuckyeahghibli) I’ll be honest with you guys, I used to do this as a kid. Whether or not it was a learned trait from My Neighbour Totoro, I don’t think I’ll ever know - but I did it quite regularly when I played with my cousins and friends. While playing “murder in the dark”, before entering a room in a game of “hide and seek”, just anything that involved the dark and the unknown, I would yell or talk very loudly in my most confident voice… even though, on the inside, I was dying of fright. Scream your fears away!
